I learned how to understand and analyze landscapes, and to formulate programmatic and functional requirements of a design project. I then translate these into schematic design solutions. This is the first of five studio courses.

The drawing represents a Japanese garden for a real client in Briarcliff Manor. At the same time, this is my final project for Design I. (Prof. Barbara Palmer)
