I’ve been wanting to write this for a while now. I understand the frustration that one can get when trying to solve Rubik’s cube. So I must help you do it. Don’t worry, I’ve done it successfully in the past, and they’ve thanked me for it. But a word of caution is in order. I won’t try to help you do it mechanically. I will make you understand the ideas behind solving the cube. So if your mind feels lazy right now, then don’t bother. If your mind is set on doing the cube, then we can do this. It won’t be difficult. As I’ve said, I’ve taught them successfully in the past.
There are three pages in this series. Read them in order. I am planning to attack the 4x4x4 and 5x5x5 cubes in a new series, if you find the 3x3x3 solution interesting.
Get acquainted to the terminology I’ll be using, since Rubik’s cube is both simple and complex.
The actions we can apply to the cube, in an intelligent and goal-oriented manner.
Apply what we’ve learned so far.
